Cinven has been a pioneer of the 1billion+ LBOs in several markets such as France, the Netherlands, Spain and the UK. Cinven has offices in London, Paris, Frankfurt, Milan and Hong Kong
The company focuses on six sectors: Business Services, Consumer, Financial Services, Healthcare, Industrials, and Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT). The investments are made in Europe; the Hong Kong office is purely a portfolio management office that helps their portfolio companies to grow in Asia. In terms of size, Cinven invests in companies that require an equity stake of €100 million or more.
